Key Account Manager (KAM) l Vietnam, Mexico
Responsibilities:
Leading a team of CSOs in fulfilling the service to the existing clients, solving the clients’ issues/inquiries, and being in charge of the performance of the team.
Being in charge of the outcome of the reports, presentations delivered to the clients.
Assigning tasks to CSO, guiding the team and evaluating the completion in daily work.
Promoting training sessions to CSOs in the team to increase their skills and train newcomers.
Maintaining confidentiality of information and the storage of information.
Promoting training sessions to increase understanding of Yedda’s products within the customer’s organization and developing customer service skills.
Maintaining and enhancing the relationship with existing clients, being the contact points and building strong relationships with key decision makers in our customers’ organizations.
Analyzing the client’s data in order to be able to propose solutions adapted to their needs, increase revenue while maintaining the good service of the current package.
Working with Business Unit Leader in expanding the business and achieving the BU’s KPIs.
Requirements:
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
In-depth understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
Proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Ability to work effectively within a team.
Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Customer Success Officer (CSO) l Vietnam, Mexico, Thailand, Brazil
Responsibilities:
Analyze sales data and propose solutions to increase sales.
Identifying customer needs.
Visit existing Clients to support in data processing that allows the company to expand business and improve relationship with key decision makers at customer side.
Bring Yedda to be seen as a high value supplier.
Contacting customers to give them accurate feedback on the progress of their inquiries.
Providing outstanding customer service and updating customer information as required.
Maintaining confidentiality of information.
Collect market information and report to relevant Business Unit Managers.
Performing other duties as the need arises.
Requirements:
GOOD AT ENGLISH (FLUENCY 4 SKILLS)
Creative, confident and enthusiastic.
3+ years customer service experience.
Proficient with MS Office suites.
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
Flexibility to travel around Vietnam if and when necessary to visit clients.
Accountant l Vietnam
Responsibilities:
Perform project documentation tasks: acceptance documents, printing documents, notarizing papers, etc.
Coordinate with internal departments and customers to handle issues throughout the work process.
Compile, check, and store all documents in an organized and easily retrievable manner.
Prepare quotes, contracts, and draft documents as requested by the manager.
Carry out other tasks as per the functions and requirements of the Department Head/General Director.
Recruit personnel when requested by the manager.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to work independently.
Strong communication and quick problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and meticulous in work.
High sense of responsibility.
English proficiency is an advantage as the manager is a foreigner.
Education: Associate Degree/Bachelor’s Degree.
No experience required; training will be provided.
